There were some many unbelievably beautiful shots especially of the houses the trees the pond ,the geese, the morning mist the scenery and the noise and fuss of real family life and the dancing scenes were excellent so full of life ! Adored Donald southerland and mathew was just adorable and powerful and sensitive he smouldered alright he was a big powerful looking man .Donald soutjerland was just the incredible father !

This account and background of the Jane Austin adaptation is superb and KK’s acting is stunning in this and I was more than glad to learn that she is familiar with the novel and is her favourite, this probably helped her play the part so well with having that air of familiarity towards the part she played. Whereas I was spoilt by the BBC adaptation of the novel and misjudged Matthew’s superb portrayal of Mr Darcy comparing him too much to Colin Firth and after seeing this film a number of times I warmed to his portrayal of the character and had to delete my thoughts on Colin Firth taking that away., and to the conclusion that Matthew did it beautifully and being a shy person myself and knowing how awkward it is I find myself relating to that in a lot of ways, the silences are the worse and when someone misjudgments you that you like it can be so heartbreaking 💔 I was more like Jane in my youth and her character is portrayed very well by Rosamund and in John Sutherland there was a superb Mr Bennet I applaud him, and Judy Dench played the superior characteristics in the acting of her upper class snobbery very well indeed. I enjoyed the behind the scenes here and all the little clips shown on this channel of my favourite Rom Com and Jane Austin novel

I thought I was going crazy. I know all the words to this movie and on Disney+ r2d2 doesn’t make any beeps or whistles in the scene where the queen reveals herself. Finally found this video of the original and it has it. I guess for some reason they removed it at some point. Although I don’t know why they would and it’s not documented anywhere that I can find.

I knew Padme was Nataloe but I thought she was just. Playing all three characters.

Last time I watched this, I thought I was straight so I was looking at Orlando. Now, I know I’m a lesbian so obviously I have to come back and watch this again.

I’ve seen more emotional acting from pieces of driftwood. Always assumed this was Padme in disguise. Now I know it was Keira it explains a lot. At least she didn’t do her signature grin.
